1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and asc44 ("asc44", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the asc44 online gaming platform available at https://asc44.org and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the asc44 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the asc44 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active.

You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity). You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction in which you are located. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by asc44 or any gaming industry self-exclusion scheme. 4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of asc44 Services, you are required to create a registered Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and ensure that your Account details remain accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

  One Account Per Player

  Each individual may hold only one registered Account on asc44. Creating or using multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple Accounts are registered with different contact details or payment methods.

  Password Security

  You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. asc44 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to be conducted by you. If you believe your Account security has been compromised, you must notify asc44 support immediately.

  Account Verification (KYC)

  asc44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request, following unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

asc44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the Bangladesh mobile wallet and banking channels listed in the cashier section of the platform. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. asc44 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will endeavour to notify Players of material changes.

All monetary amounts on the asc44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. asc44 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment accounts that are not registered in the Player's own name.

  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit amount on asc44 is ৳100 for standard play. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotional offers may differ and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. asc44 does not charge a deposit processing fee.

  Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Bangladesh mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. asc44 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of high platform traffic.

  Withdrawal Conditions

  Withdrawals may only be made from real-money Account balances. Bonus credits and bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. asc44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification prior to processing any withdrawal request at its reasonable discretion.

  Anti-Money Laundering

  asc44 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds, or any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering, may be suspended pending investigation. asc44 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without notice to the Player concerned.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

asc44 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in the promotion description at the time the Bonus is offered or claimed.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on asc44 unless otherwise stated: Bonuses are available to registered Players only. A Bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts. asc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of withdrawal of the promotion will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which it was granted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asc44 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

  Fraud and Collusion

  Any attempt to defraud asc44 or other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, coordinated betting strategies between multiple Accounts, or any other form of collusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

  Bonus Abuse

  Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming the same Bonus more than once, using third-party software to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other strategy designed to systematically extract value from asc44 promotions without genuine gaming intent constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and permanent Account suspension.

  Unauthorised Software

  The use of automated betting bots, artificial intelligence software, screen scrapers, data-mining tools, or any other unauthorised third-party software to interact with the asc44 platform is strictly prohibited. asc44 employs technical measures to detect such activity and will suspend any Account found to be using prohibited software.

  Underage Gaming

  Any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register an Account, or any attempt by an adult to facilitate underage access to asc44, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. asc44 will permanently close any Account confirmed as belonging to an underage person, forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to take further action including reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

asc44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. asc44 provides Players with access to deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools through their Account settings. Players who wish to set a deposit limit may do so at any time through their Account. A deposit limit, once set, takes effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period. A decrease to a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Players who wish to temporarily suspend their Account may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers may be placed. Self-exclusion is available for Players who require a longer-term or indefinite break from gaming.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the asc44 platform, including but not limited to the asc44 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of asc44 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the asc44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the asc44 platform without the prior written consent of asc44.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asc44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the asc44 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not asc44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

asc44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. asc44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude asc44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by asc44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

asc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, asc44 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be identified by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the asc44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any real-money balance in your Account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 5.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and asc44, Players are encouraged to contact the asc44 support team in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. asc44 is committed to addressing Player complaints promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent asc44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
